The seven-day celebration of the creative and cultural heritage of Llanidloes takes place in May, and is designed to show case local talent with artists from all mediums displaying their work in Shops, Galleries and Café’s throughout Llanidloes.
The first year's festival welcomed World renowned dance troop Capoeira, the eight strong dance troop from Nottingham, who have appeared on BBC TV. It is hoped that they will be able to re-visit again and hold their popular work shop to demonstrate their gravity defying moves.
A mass open sketch of the Old Market Hall, a Wish and Prayer boat sail, a teddy bears picnic, and Rock and Folk music sessions, are just some of the events that happened last year and with continued support, will form just some of the activities taking place this year.
